Compared to my prior dealer,I feel as though I am in Heaven when I visit this dealership.Mike is very professional and courteous.He always refers to me as Ms. Scott,not by my first name like so my other Heaven when I visit this dealership.Mike is very professional and courteous.He always refers to me as Ms. Scott,not by my first name like so my other companies and I like the fact that he does that as I am 64 yrs. young and feel that I have earned that respect. Upon being serviced it is always timely and my car is always clean.Everything is explained to me up front as well as the cost,so there are no surprises.The waiting room is always clean.I love this dealership and the service.Never a problem. More

Top notch service. I use this dealership for my maintenance as well as free car wash since I purchased the car here. Always friendly, fast and clean dealership. We have followed Mike Harlow and the service staff to Clarendon Hills following their move from the Lisle site - which is actually quite a bit farther from our home. This fact alone speaks to the experience we have had with their service. We recently have had body detail work completed on our Infiniti FX45. The work was very well done and was completed in a very timely manner. There remains little or no trace of the paint scratches, chipping and paint crackle which necessitated the work. Regarding the price experience this is an overall issue with Infiniti corporate's parts pricing rather than a comment on pricing at this location. More

I used to bring my car to Mike Harlow at the Infiniti of Lisle dealership. The last time I stopped in at the Lisle store, I discovered he was no longer there, so I turned around and took my car a few days Lisle dealership. The last time I stopped in at the Lisle store, I discovered he was no longer there, so I turned around and took my car a few days later to Infiniti of Clarendon Hills not knowing that he was there, but hoping that he might be. He recognized my car before he even ever saw me. That is the kind of service you get with Mike. He truly cares about his job and always listens to what I am saying about the needs of my car. He knows my car! Mike is an absolute pleasure to work with and my experience with the service manager at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills was fantastic too.
