I've spent 10 years in the United States Navy traveling to several countries and I have over 20 + years of sales experience in the luxury-line auto industry. He was very patient, and he answered all of my questions. I came there with a open mind to try out different cars. We went on several car rides until I found the one. Mike never pushed any particular car on me. When we sat down with the sales manage Vince, It turned out to be a pleasant experience. He was very easy to deal with and I felt I got a great price in the end! Rich the finance manager made the experience easy. He went through the financing options, and I never felt like he was trying to hurry up my decision. Great guy and a wonderful attitude. I came back the next day to pick it up. Mike Harris had the car detailed for me, it was ready to go when I came in. LOVE my GS 350!!! More

To my surprise, my sales representative Mike Harris greeted me. We briefly exchanged pleasantries, when I decided to "test his product knowledge". I'm very pleased to note that he reconfirmed why I love Lexus! Their engineering pursuit to "master performance & reliability" is by far the best in the automotive industry!
