You cannot depend on Michael Hasamear (Service manager) or Larry Wehmeyer (President) to represent your needs if you have a warranty claim because they were not willing to represent mine. Cassens was not willing to help me with my powertrain warranty. This dealership will not stand behind their customers after they get their money from you. I hope this review can help someone avoid being taken advantage by this dealership. Do not take your vechicle to Cassens and Sons service department! More

Here I go AGAIN!! 4th Wrangler in 4 years! I clearly love my Jeeps and Cassens is the ONLY place I’d go to get ‘em. Earnie always treats me like family and that mean 4th Wrangler in 4 years! Top Notch My service guy that is usually there on the weekends got me in and out just in time for me to catch an early movie with my family. Gasses has been one of the better dealers I have dealt with and I will continue to get my car serviced there while I have the vehicle. I would recommend that place to my friends and family as well.
