This is the second car I’ve gotten from them in about a year. I got my daughter a Forte this year and I just got the K5. I am writting this to my experience with your dealer in Milford yesterday I took my 2017 Kia Sportage in for repair due to a recall and the customer service was horrible when I was asking the questions th Milford yesterday I took my 2017 Kia Sportage in for repair due to a recall and the customer service was horrible when I was asking the questions that I had no one had any answers and they were very rude like we were bothering them.Today my friend bought in his 2017 Kia Sportage as well due to the recall he had a appointment at 7:30 this morning when he arrived they told him he did not have a appointment they made him wait for over 2hrs . I will not recommend anyone to your dealer due to poor experience and very rude people. More
