Their slogan is "we go out of your way to please you"- maybe, in my opinion, if it doesn't cut into their bottom line... .I have bought my last 3 vehicles there with the same salesperson, Mike Bennice, on maybe, in my opinion, if it doesn't cut into their bottom line... .I have bought my last 3 vehicles there with the same salesperson, Mike Bennice, one of the few professionals in the building, in my opinion. He is the one and only reason I came back there. I do not recommend Mohawk Honda, their service is decent but the service people, in my opinion, are not very friendly for the most part and the girls that answer the phones for service seem like you are bothering them when they answer the phones. I feel I was not given discounts I was due, and the car that was "built" for me was not exactly what I was told I would get. I take this VERY personally as this was a huge decision for me, and I was told by Honda that I would be receiving a very important survey from American Honda Motor Company and they said if I couldn't give them the highest remarks to contact the manager at Mohawk directly. Guess what? I never received the survey so I called Honda directly and was told by Customer Care that the dealerships send them out to their clients. Oh, that makes sense, so maybe they assumed being they knew I was upset so they may not have sent it at all , or perhaps unsent it?? Nobody will ever know the truth. I told Honda Corporate that the surveys should come directly from them, otherwise they are bogus. That's it...All I can say is there are many Honda dealerships around, and it doesnt make you an honest dealership because you give to animal shelters and other well deserving organizations. I figure Mohawk Honda owes me about $4500... so I do hope the animal shelter received at least that from them. I spoke with the highest level person there today and, in my opinion, he really didn't want to hear how we could fix this, it seemed to me he just wanted it on record that we had spoken. I wish things could have been different... one thing I am sure of, I would never buy anything but a Honda! More
