Scheduled and appointment on Tuesday last week for work on ram diesel for Saturday. Was told someone would call but never got call and when I showed up they could not work on car because no diesel mechani on ram diesel for Saturday. I tried calling service managers and GM of yark and they did not respond at all. If you want good customer service the advisor is good but management needs work. I will not be going back or recommending yark to anyone. More

Very disappointing experience, but because of Mike Hehl and Joe Cerveny I wouldn't consider taking my car anywhere else. Brought in my car back in October with number of issues,however my start issue wasn' and Joe Cerveny I wouldn't consider taking my car anywhere else. Brought in my car back in October with number of issues,however my start issue wasn't fixed. Brought the car back in again in November for my start issue along with struts issue noticed by Yark's express lane. My original service advisor was out for couple of weeks and his customer was handed to Chase. After keeping the car for 2 weeks Chase informed me that the tech couldn't find the issue, also no update on the status. Picked up the car on November 20th and Chase informed me that the tech was out for the weekend and will get back to me on the struts issue on Monday November 23rd. Today is December 7th and no one has reached out to me as of yet. Also on November 20th after picking up my car and driving around town my start issue repeated and the car wouldn't start for half a day and had to tow it back to my house. More
