Mike answered every question we had and anticipated our needs due to major changes in technology since our last vehicle purchases, got us an excellent trade-in value, and gave us space to mourn a little bit for our trade. He was also very understanding about the current climate of concern (cold and flu season + the virus in the news) and made a clear point to not shake hands, which may sound silly, but as a person with an autoimmune disorder, meant a LOT to me. We were able to joke a bit and Mike's understanding and friendly demeanor kept things from being awkward. I absolutely recommend him (and have done so to a friend interested after seeing my new Ascent) for a low pressure, excellent customer service experience! More
