This was my first experience buying a car from Zimmerman Honda. I found a car that piqued my interest and decided to drive over 2 hours to Zimmerman Honda to see the car in person. Mike Jarrin greeted me w Honda. I found a car that piqued my interest and decided to drive over 2 hours to Zimmerman Honda to see the car in person. Mike Jarrin greeted me warmly and spent a great deal of time and effort addressing my questions and concerns. To make a long story short, I found that he was there to listen and consider my requests. He and the team at Zimmerman Honda went out of their way to lock down the deal. Because of the distance, it was going to be difficult to get the new car home. Mike even went out of his way to find a generous solution to the dilemma. This dealership puts their money where their mouth is, delivered the car at a reasonable price, saw to my needs, and even helped me get the car home. What more could one ask for? I no longer feel that the distance between the dealership and my home is an issue and will consider Zimmerman Honda as a viable option when looking for a new or used Honda. No wonder this dealership has a long history of awards of recognition by Honda Motor Company, but more importantly from loyal customers alike. I now consider myself among them too.
