A coworker had referred me to see Mike Jerrin. I had looked at the website to see what cars they had. Then I called to talk to Mike on the phone and let him know that I was on my way up to the dealershi looked at the website to see what cars they had. He informed me over the phone that inventory was pretty bare, but he did have a couple of options and one crv in particular was coming in on the truck that day. Once I arrived, I explained my situation and what I was looking for. He took the time and showed me what they had coming in or on the way. We sat down at his desk and he showed me online what the one looked like that was arriving that day. He took his time and was very patient, answering all of my questions honestly and straightforward. I came in knowing what I could finance and who I was financing through, and I made him aware of that. He did not try to push me into getting their financing or applying and running my credit. He took all of my needs into consideration. And what I was surprised by the most is he didn’t try to add on bogus things like charging for the mud flaps or the nitrogen in the tires. He advised me that it was all included. He had very excellent customer service! More

This was my first experience buying a car from Zimmerman Honda. I found a car that piqued my interest and decided to drive over 2 hours to Zimmerman Honda to see the car in person. Mike Jarrin greeted me w Honda. I found a car that piqued my interest and decided to drive over 2 hours to Zimmerman Honda to see the car in person. Mike Jarrin greeted me warmly and spent a great deal of time and effort addressing my questions and concerns. To make a long story short, I found that he was there to listen and consider my requests. He and the team at Zimmerman Honda went out of their way to lock down the deal. Because of the distance, it was going to be difficult to get the new car home. Mike even went out of his way to find a generous solution to the dilemma. This dealership puts their money where their mouth is, delivered the car at a reasonable price, saw to my needs, and even helped me get the car home. What more could one ask for? I no longer feel that the distance between the dealership and my home is an issue and will consider Zimmerman Honda as a viable option when looking for a new or used Honda. No wonder this dealership has a long history of awards of recognition by Honda Motor Company, but more importantly from loyal customers alike. I now consider myself among them too.
