When we began looking for a new van, we researched ratings and reviews on several area dealers. When we found them, we sent a message to those dealers with lower ratings and we asked that they comment ratings and reviews on several area dealers. We thought we would provide the opportunity at least to hear their side of it. Those dealers refused to respond to our questions. Zimmerman Honda gave us good reason to believe all those higher ratings that they had received. It's not always all about money. Reputation and trust have worth in our opinion and our Sales Consultant, Mike Jarrin, reinforced those qualities all the way through the transaction. He provided a fully transparent experience answering all of our questions, sharing knowledge gained through his experience and finding additional information for our requests. Thanks also to Vanessa Lager for her help in pairing Mike with us to guide us on our journey. Mike was knowledgeable, helpful, and both professional and personable. We had instant rapport with Mike. He patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. He was very comfortable with technology even taking the time to personally sync up our phones with the truck and guide us through using the on-screen system. We were impressed by this young man’s commitment to customer service, but in our conversation we were also impressed by his commitment to community service. We never felt pressured or rushed or stressed. Even the typically long, tedious paperwork to close a deal was efficient and relaxed with business manager Kyle Ruser. During these challenging days of Covid, the staff took every precaution to make our experience safe. The Zimmerman-Honda facility located on John Deere Road is beautiful and functional.
