I was in and out in about 1 hour. Thank you Keah More

Beware Terrible experience overall. I purchased a new 2017 Chevy Colorado with the midnight package about 9 months this ago from Emich. At the time of purcha Terrible experience overall. I purchased a new 2017 Chevy Colorado with the midnight package about 9 months this ago from Emich. At the time of purchase they recommended a few tonneau covers that they stock and install Two weeks after my purchase they installed my tonneau cover and it has failed to work ever since. I don't have much use for a truck without a working tonneau cover. It just comes undone while I am driving down the road. I have lost nearly 1k worth of personal belongings because they have been unable to fix it. It has been in their shop for 14 days overall since I purchased my truck....just for the tonneau cover which they still have not fixed. I couldn't get anyone to call me back without leaving several messages. Now they are not returning my calls at all. Still waiting for Mike the General Manager to call me after leaving him two messages over one week ago. Don't buy here. You will regret it. I certainly do. More

Still Upset I obtained my own financing and they wouldn’t let me buy the vehicle without applying through them. I didn’t want an additional credit check. I believe the illegal term is called a “tie in sale”! Run! Don’t trust these crooked people. More

He did everything he could to make sure I was getting the best deal I could on a used car. The car was in excellent condition and they filled the gas tank before we left. Even though the car I bought wasn't a Chevy, I truly believe I got the best used car out there. Thank you Ryan and Emich. More

Dishonest and integrity less They are completely dishonest to get you in the door for high pressure sales. Good luck if you choose this place as a dealership! Wasted my night! I would have never driven clear out to Lakewood without a referral. The $500 discount helped too. I purchased a used Hyundai, only 3 years old. We'll skip the frustrations I had during that process because the sale all worked out. I noticed right away that my car drove with a little pull but I thought I needed to get used to how it drove. It continued but I remembered that Emich did "an extensive inspection" and the Carfax was clean so I kept thinking it was just me or its windy out or this road is terrible. About two months in I decided I should have it looked at because it seemed to be getting worse. I took my car to have the tires looked at. They said the tires were fine, it looks like an alignment issue. So I took my car to have it aligned where I was told that an alignment wouldn't fix it because there was something else going on. They advised that it seemed to be either a bent trailing arm or sub frame but they didn't have the ability to dig in any more to find out. They also mentioned that there were paints marks on the rear trailing arms, which indicated that someone had already looked at the car and marked it up. They asked if I had hit anything on the rear side of my car. I definitely had not and was surprised to hear that this was missed during the extensive inspection by Emich. They said that the previous owner likely decided to trade in the car before getting the necessary repairs done. I contacted Emich and spoke with an extremely rude service rep. I asked to speak to the service manager, Jason Robinson so I was transferred to voicemail. I wanted a few days but didn't get a call back so I called and left another message. Jason finally called me back and we set up time for me to come in. He told me that they would look at it and that the GM would be made aware of the situation and although Jason wouldn't be there, the GM would. Jason assured me that they would do the right thing and if it was an easy fix we would get it taken care of. I sent him the information from my alignment appointment. I drove almost an hour to get there, was in service for close to 3 hours when I was told that the suspension system had several broken parts. The parts alone, without mark up would be just under $2400!! I asked about the markings that showed that this had been looked at before and what did they say? "There are no markings that we saw". WHAT! Right then I became leary of what would happen going forward. I was told to call Monday and talk to Jason again about everything and how we should proceed because there was no one with that kind of authority there that day. I guess the GM wasn't there after all. I called, left a message of course, waiting 3 days with no call back. So, since the GM was already aware of the situation I asked to speak to him. I won't go into how I finally got a hold of him, just that he called me back a few minutes later. We discussed the situation and I was told that I needed to bring my car in again and he and I would look at it together. I was honest with him and told him that I felt like I couldn't trust them and felt that possibility the technician had removed the markings. I was asked why didn't I bring this up right away instead of waiting over 2 months. And why would his technician remove the markings? So who do I trust? The alignment guy that had nothing to gain by telling me his thoughts and that he saw paint marks or the dealership who would be responsible for a costly repair because they missed the issue during their inspection before they sold the car to me? I have been made to feel more and more like I'm being accused of dishonesty than getting help for a situation that was out of my control. I didn't ask to be that car accident and I sure as xxxx didn't ask to be sold a damaged car. All I'm asking is for Emich to do the right thing and make the repairs so we can all carry on with our business. My appointment is in a couple of days so I'll post another review when this is all over. More
