I purchased my car the day after Thanksgiving while visiting my daughter from Missouri. While the initial trade of my old car and purchase of my current car went very well, it was after the purchase th visiting my daughter from Missouri. While the initial trade of my old car and purchase of my current car went very well, it was after the purchase that things went poorly. I was told that they would take care of the titling and registration on my car, which otherwise I would have done willingly on my own. It literally took over 3 months for them to accomplish this and would have taken longer had I not had to reach out numerous times to figure out what the delay was . I had registered (and paid for ) two years on my previous car which they were aware of however when the plates were finally sent to me , this was not done. I have since reached out numerous times to the general manager regarding this just to be ignored . At minimum a slight response would have been appreciated given everything however apparently professionalism and accountability only exists prior to and during the purchase of one of their vehicles . More

1500 Chevrolet LTZ pickup this is our second purchase from emich chevrolet. We were satisfied the first time. Dave found your advertisement on the internet and inquired about this is our second purchase from emich chevrolet. We were satisfied the first time. Dave found your advertisement on the internet and inquired about this pick up by e mail. Bart responded within a few hours. He was knowledgeable about the pick up and answered all of David's questions. We set up a time and date with Bart for a visual inspection. When we arrived he had it washed and parked where we could see it when we drove in. He met is at the door and introduced himself to us. The truck was just what Dave was looking for. We decided to purchase the truck. The whole sales team came in and expressed their appreciation for picking Emick Chevrolet. The rest of the day went on without a hitch! Thank-You Emick chevrolet!
