My experience at Al Hendrickson Toyota in Coconut Creek was AMAZING!!! They made the impossible possible for me. I drove off in a 2020 Toyota Corolla. The staff treated me like family. Bad service Car with my detail like I was told it was. I've been called several day to sign that they're about signing paperwork that I offered to help originally Car with my detail like I was told it was. When I called back action for additional help I get the brush out and I get managers who are being rude and I was told that I could not return my car. They were nice to me until I signed the paperwork and now I see their true colors never again when I shop there or recommend anyone there More

Disappointment I invested $25,000 on a vehicle. The code for the door was not available. Was told to go to the Ford dealer. Went to the Ford dealer the charge was $1 I invested $25,000 on a vehicle. I call Al Hendrickson spoke with sales manager told him to problem and at the end of conversation I was told that was my proble nothing they can do. More
