When drove the new car home (60 miles trip) noticed a chip in the paint. They gave me no hassle and promised to make good. When I returned to have the chip touched up I was told that it would not be touched up (it's a new car and should be perfect") so to do it correctly the entire bumper was repainted. Given a loaner car to return the following day. More
