My family and I had a great experience at Hawthorne Chevrolet. I dread buying cars. Usually, when car shopping, you feel like a dealership is trying to extract everything they can from you. We didn’t Chevrolet. I dread buying cars. Usually, when car shopping, you feel like a dealership is trying to extract everything they can from you. We didn’t get that feeling. I think this term may appear understated, but Hawthorne Chrevrolet was fair. What more can you ask for? More

My Chevrolet car This car is great. It has sturdy wheels, fits the family and rides well. Normally, it is hard to get a car that fits the whole family. This is not the This car is great. It has sturdy wheels, fits the family and rides well. Normally, it is hard to get a car that fits the whole family. This is not the case with this Chevrolet. It is the perfect size. Some times cars have wheels that constantly need to be pumped. This Chevrolet has nice strong wheels that can get you any where you need to go. The car always drives very well and gets you where need to go even in traffic and bad weather conditions. The model itself is beautiful and I look forward to driving it every morning and any other time of day. Inside the car it is comfortable and seatbelts are perfect. I also wanted to comment on the roof. It can hold strong objects and keeps everything sturdy on top. Wind shields and cup holders work well, too. I am proud to own this Chevrolet when friends and family members come over. They always comment on how good the seats are. This car didn’t have that annoying smell you usually get when you first buy your car. I am amazed with the quality and find it great. Overall this car is very good and I am happy to have it. Key fob. Second key. My husband set up appointment. Salesman had brain aneurism. We went there. Left car. Went next door to Goffle Grill. Received phone call that I didn’t My husband set up appointment. Salesman had brain aneurism. We went there. Left car. Went next door to Goffle Grill. Received phone call that I didn’t have a piece of paper that said “we owe you”. I said what are you talking about. Salesman proceeded to write it down. But he’s out sick. I was told by salesperson did I expect him to pay for it? Very mean and rude. I went home to read my paperwork to see if I had the paper. Well I didn’t have the paper. So my husband went back the next day and spoke mike the manager. He said everything was fine. They would make the key no problem. They switched very quickly. I refused to go back after the way I was treated. They acted like I tried to get some thing for free. It was a promise made by salesman. I paid cash for the car. I got a 2017 Chevrolet Trax. The key was done with no issues. I don’t know what happened with the first visit. I am still in shock the way we were treated the first visit. But I have the 2nd key fob. More
