Michael first asked me what I was wanting out of a vehicle and its primary use, he listened and suggested many options with me. What I loved the most, (unlike other dealerships I have been in) he did not pressure me into anything I could not afford. Michael is friendly, highly knowledgeable and a professional at his craft.
