Great experience with the purchase of my new Mazda CX-5GT. Henry did a great job of finding what I was looking for. Cody Jones was exceptional. From my first contact to my purchase, he was on his game and in touch with me at every turn. Everyone at the dealership could not have been any nicer. Paretti sales manager Mike King is a liar! On Friday, December 6, 2019, Paretti manager Mike King, told us that he would sell us our neighbor's car (which was traded in) for $4800 plus the On Friday, December 6, 2019, Paretti manager Mike King, told us that he would sell us our neighbor's car (which was traded in) for $4800 plus the cost of repairing any safety issues. Mike King assured our neighbor (as well as assuring myself and my wife) who had just bought a new car from him that day that he would sell us the trade in. The safety issues we knew about were the replacement of 2 tires and possibly issues with brakes. We were fine with these repairs. Mike King told us that on Monday he would have the car checked for safety issues. On Tuesday, December 10, 2019 we followed up with Mike King and he said that they had not reviewed the car yet. Mike King said that he would call me back once he had the car reviewed. There was no call back, so on Thursday morning I called Mike King back. Mike King said that in addition to the safety issues they decided to repair dents in the door and on the car body and that the car would be SUBSTANTIALLY more expensive than what he assured me on Friday. Mike King said that it is their car and they can do what they want. That is correct Paretti can do what they want. Of course Mike King lied to us several times in saying what he was going to do and then did something completely different. He assured us that he would sell us the car with just safety issues fixed. However, that was a complete lie. So that is what has me upset. More

My new CX 5 Our salesman, Henry Reyna, is the antithesis of the traditional car sales person! He is sensitive and a great listener. Rather than attempt to sell Our salesman, Henry Reyna, is the antithesis of the traditional car sales person! He is sensitive and a great listener. Rather than attempt to sell you what he has he wants find what you want if humanly possible. He is knowledgeable about all facets of Mazda automobiles and shares his data in a very friendly manner. Mike King, the sales manager, oversees the simultaneous sales events taking place without ever interfering in the process between customer and sales person. I felt that I was in control of the entire transaction from beginning to delivery of my vehicle. I sincerely recommend Henry Reyna and Paretti Mazda to anyone wanting to be treated with respect as an adult capable of thinking and making a decision. More

Easy Purchase I had not purchased a vehicle since 2009, and I was dreading the cheesy sales pitches and haggling when it came to getting a new one in 2019. Enter Lo I had not purchased a vehicle since 2009, and I was dreading the cheesy sales pitches and haggling when it came to getting a new one in 2019. Enter Lowe— cool, calm, and collected. Buyers do not want to be pressured, annoyed, lied to, etc. during a huge purchase, and Lowe did none of those things. He simply let me test drive the car I wanted, leave so I could think about it, and welcomed me back two days later. He even stopped someone else from buying the car I wanted the very minute I walked up because he knew I came days earlier and was planning to buy it. Mike worked with us on the price within his means, and Eric processed our paperwork quickly yet thoroughly. I don’t know if the times are changing or if Paretti Mazda is ahead of what I hope becomes a trend, but my new car purchase was pretty painless. Thanks! More
