From start to finish we knew we were in good hands. They had the loan approved up front. Unlike other dealerships say you are approved only to find out that's their "gimmick" to get you in the door. I will be honest seeing the sales staff dressed so causal threw me. No pressures and so laid back. We NOW have a new dealership. I highly recommend everyone to go to Carter's Chevrolet. Tell them Pauline Savage sent you. Fyi:. Be ready to hear off the wall announcements that are funny. Staff doing jokes on each other, you never know what you will walk into when you enter. We walked into employees trying to pick up chair while bent over with head on wall. Too funny and everyone was laughing having a great time. Promise this you don't feel pressured into a vehicle you don't want. Once our deal was done and they were getting vehicle ready, we were treated to a delicious dinner at Eischen's Bar best chicken I ever had. The day we visited was a super busy day. Santa was visiting. No one left without 1-2 delicious cookies and several got pictures with Santa. Highly recommend them it's so worth the drive to Okarche, Oklahoma. More
