Best auto purchase experience ever Was looking for a vehicle late last Saturday, and happened to send request to GM for chevy dealers in my area, must have been around 8 PM or so. Arou Was looking for a vehicle late last Saturday, and happened to send request to GM for chevy dealers in my area, must have been around 8 PM or so. Around 9 PM, got a call from Trevor about a vehicle I saw on their website in Okarche (only one like in whole country I think --- I got really lucky). Told him I would be in touch in a day or two. Sent him some pics of my trade in Monday, and minutes later, got me an attractive offer. We talked on the phone and he invited me out with a tentative offer. Got to Okarche and truck was exactly what I wanted. Trevor then got the financing process started and then went to work on getting my vehicle ready. A while later, I drove off in best truck I've ever owned. All along, Trevor made sure all my questions and requests were honored. Best part was there was no haggling or any sort of adversarial aspect to the experience --- AND I got a very nice price on both my trade-in and new truck. Making it even better, the sales supervisor and finance staff were very polite and helpful. I can honestly say that if you want a pleasant and stress-free buying experience, take a few minutes to drive to Okarche and ask for Trevor. You can thank me later. Thanks again, Trevor! More

After a few minutes of strolling the used lot, Kevin "Professional Hugger" DeLuna asked if there was anything we'd like to look at. We told him what we were looking for and what had caught our eye so far. He made a run for some keys and brought keys to a few he thought might also fit our needs. Within 30 minutes, we'd found "the one." We did the deal, which included some minor body work, and they delivered it 90 miles to us within 6 days. I'd highly recommend the team at Carter, no matter what you're in the market for. The best car buying experience I've ever had. More

Don’t Waste Your Time With Other Dealerships Easiest/Quickest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Pulled up to the dealership and they had the truck waiting for me right there by the front door. I was able to walk right in the front door without any sales guys hassling me like you would have at other dealerships and Kurt literally threw me the keys and told me to go test drive the truck by myself and let them know what I thought about it. After the test drive, I walked back inside and told Kurt I wanted the truck and five minutes later we had a deal. Didn’t even hassle me with trying to talk me into buying any extended warranties like other dealerships would do. Most dealerships you have to walk in on guard, but at Carter Chevrolet everyone makes you feel welcomed and it’s a real laid back environment. More
