Both Andy & Grant were eager to serve & provide us with the car we desired. They were patient & explained each step in the purchase process & followed through with Nick linking our phones with the Bluetooth system.. I walked in knowing what I wanted to look at from the information provided on the website. I was quickly directed to a sales person, Andy Hicks, who made me feel right at home. Andy quickly found what I wanted to see first, and we took a test drive. Upon our return, I asked for the numbers and quickly had a trade in offer (by Grant who loves Avalanches), and numbers to make to help me in my decision making. I discussed some of the numbers and was given a fast and knowledgeable response. My decision to buy was made!! From there, the process with Mike from finance was quick and painless - I know right?!? How can that be painless?!? Mike walked me through what I needed to know and helped me to solidify my decision on which bank I would go with for financing. And snap, all was done!! Back to Andy, who made sure my new truck was all clean and helped me clear out the remaining items in the one I was letting go. Short wait. Then Nick walked me through the electronics. Then all was complete. I had signed all papers, and I had the keys to drive away in my new baby!! Love these guys and this dealership!! Thank you all for your hospitality and service today! More
