My first experience at Carter Chevrolet I’ve never had a better buying experience. Trevor was great. I called and couldn’t get to the dealership until closing time and they stayed till eishe I’ve never had a better buying experience. Trevor was great. They made things right. I’ll be back. Kurt was easy to work with and responded promptly to questions via email. When I got to the dealership and looked over the car it looked great other Kurt was easy to work with and responded promptly to questions via email. When I got to the dealership and looked over the car it looked great other than the oil being low and the tires having no tread left. I asked for an oil change and they got it taken care of on the spot. I was initially disappointed that there was no offer to put new tires on it as they were barely driveable. My initial rating was a three star due to having to ask for an oil change instead of being offered one and no response to the tires poor condition. A few days after I got a call from One of the managers, Jason. He completely changed my experience and replaced the tires. It wasn’t even a question. I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service. More
