My New Honda Accord I visited Honda on a Saturday afternoon to look and drive Honda Accords. As soon as I walked into the sales office I felt a great energy and the emp I visited Honda on a Saturday afternoon to look and drive Honda Accords. As soon as I walked into the sales office I felt a great energy and the employees seemed happy and friendly and ready to be of service. I decided to purchase a used 2016 Honda from Mr. Thomas, whom was a wonderful salesman! However upon returning home later that night I felt I had made a mistake by not buying new 2018 Accord. Needless to say I had a sleepless night and knew I needed to return to Honda of the next morning. I arrived when the doors opened and was directed to Mike Lehman, the New Car Sales Manager on Duty. Mike was wonderful and listened to me without judgement and immediately assured me that he would do anything in his power to help me exchange the 2016 for a new 2018 and to make it as less stressful as possible. He followed through on his promise above and beyond the call of duty, and I am extremely grateful that his professional and positive attitude allowed me to drive away in new Honda Accord. I might add Kenneth Daniels of Finance Department helped me to get the Contract changed and explain all my questions and treated me with the utmost respect. I am extremely grateful to these 3 gentlemen and the Dealership for their guarantee of satisfaction to their customers. More

We were close to walking out, due to frustrations with the salesman's personality, attitude & approach. I will refrain from detailed, negative comments, since it serves really no purpose at this point, The bottomline is: Jay Jay got involved, listened, responded accordingly, worked with us to make the deal work. Then, another pleasant experience through the finance process with Ramy. Then, casual discussions with Mike, he interjected perspective that was very helpful. We would definitely work again with Mike, Jay Jay and Ramy. All ended well. The CR-V is awesome. The quality, ride, technology is off the charts. More
