Never heard of Malouf as we are in Central Jersey. We were searching for a specific model of car We were lucky to get Mike Litinsky when we called who listened to our questions and would call us bac We were searching for a specific model of car We were lucky to get Mike Litinsky when we called who listened to our questions and would call us back in 10 minutes, Which he did at 4:30 pm on Labor Day Monday. HE apologized for delay but wanted to check with everyone that the car was indeed still available and said he leaves work at 5pm but would stay if we were coming. He was waiting an hour latter after we got there and with the keys for atest drive. Joking he asked when do you want the car by and I said tonight and he said ok. Long story short MIke worked with us and although the dealer close @ 9pm (and Mike was supposed to stay till 5) at 9:30 PM Mike was handing over the keys and showing me the features of the car. Would of been faster but took Mike an hour of calling to get through to our Insurance Agent and get faxed the new card (we were not trading in) Mike and the group were great ! The car is great and we appreciate his help and advice during the sale and the discussions with the Kevin the Finance guy who worked late to have all the paperwork done and wrapped up. There was never a presure from anyone - more of an interest in how to make us happy More
