Brooke is professional and straight forward. The part needed for my leak was not available so Brooke had it ordered and called me to schedule a drop off as soon as it was in. She had everything in place for me to just drop off my vehicle and pick up the loaner, which made life easier. I didn’t have to wait much just sign a few docs and I was on my way. My wife & I currently own two Infinitis, our 3rd & 4th. We purchased the last 3 from Riverside Infiniti & had all 4 serviced there. Until it closed. We were so pleased with their service, we followed Mike Longridge & Jeremy Scheetz to an Orange County dealer, then to Infiniti of Ontario. I am familiar with the automotive service industry. & did light mechanical work as a side job as a young man & serviced my own cars out of distrust for the industry & for economic reasons. In spite of my misgivings, Mike has earned my trust & we have actually bonded. I was quite impressed when Jeremy gave me a tour of his new cutting edge service department. It's lighting, computer technology, heating & cooling, & tool storage all influence & support the technicians performance, which I feel is top notch. I am also aware that many of Riverside Infinitis technicians followed Mike to Ontario. Mike is polite, professional, highly efficient, has always accommodated the needs of me & my wife, & I can't see ever buying another car elsewhere or getting it serviced anywhere else. More
