Brooke is professional and straight forward. The part needed for my leak was not available so Brooke had it ordered and called me to schedule a drop off as soon as it was in. She had everything The part needed for my leak was not available so Brooke had it ordered and called me to schedule a drop off as soon as it was in. She had everything in place for me to just drop off my vehicle and pick up the loaner, which made life easier. I didn’t have to wait much just sign a few docs and I was on my way. They had to take my transmission out and repair a leak which did not take long at all. I dropped off my car on a Wednesday at 4pm and it was ready for me to pick up Friday.
