I’m very disappointed in their lack of support . I spoke directly to the owner about the tires on my SantaFe. They are defective and should not be sold on Hyundai vehicles if you replace them when t I spoke directly to the owner about the tires on my SantaFe. We had a very nice experience from when we stepped in the door at the dealership until we left. Jordan.Delayo the salesman showed us the cars we were interested in. We went for test drives. He was very knowledgeable and patient. We met Mike Lovall in finance. He went over all the paperwork with us so everything was understandable and clear. We bought a Hyundai Santa Fe on the Tuesday and came back on Friday and bought a Hyundai ELANTRA. We usually hate going to dealerships, but this experience with Jordan and Mike was not stressful. We didn’t feel pressured and we felt like we had a good deal when we left the dealership. We would definitely go back. More

I had a great experience. Mike Haas was patient, knowledgeable, and went above all expectations. Mike L. annswered all my financial questions, explained necessary actions, and made me feel comfortable. The only negative was in transferring my MA registration. It has taken over a week, and I get nervous when things don’t go o as expected. There was also a smudge on the upholstery in the rear seat. Mike is aware, but no appointment has been scheduled. Overall I am impressed and appreciative of this dealership. I intend to refer friends and relatives. More
