Service is limited due to the number of technicians available, so wait times can be lengthy. Communication throughout the process was lacking. I once waited over two hours for my vehicle to be inspecte available, so wait times can be lengthy. Communication throughout the process was lacking. I once waited over two hours for my vehicle to be inspected, only to be told that nothing was wrong, despite there clearly being an issue that still needed to be addressed. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. More

Garrett was very helpful and got my Hyundai in for servicing very quickly. I was there for a little over an hour and had a cup of tea while I waited in the waiting room. They did an oil change, tire r servicing very quickly. I was there for a little over an hour and had a cup of tea while I waited in the waiting room. They did an oil change, tire rotation, updated something in the electronics, as well as topped off the fluids. I will continue to have my car serviced at Torrington Hyundai, as the staff was friendly and service was good and prompt. More
