From dealing with the parts department to order the necessary part, to scheduling the actual service visit to the service appointment itself, the ENTIRE THING was very easy. They had me in and out in no time, and the wait in their customer waiting room was nice. This is not the closest Audi dealership to me, so in terms of location it is not ideal, AND YET I will be back. Audi Hoffman Estates has me as a customer for life. More

I took over a month to decide on what I was looking for (Model, Trim Level and Options) and Mike was very attentive with answering all my questions over the phone and through emails. Also, once I came in for my purchase the process went quick and smooth. A couple things I really appreciate is during both our purchases at Audi Hoffman we did not feel any pressure at anytime during the process and never felt misled. This is now our second Audi from Audi Hoffman Estates and I would recommend purchasing from this dealership. More

Walking out to your car you saw your car having a flat tire, a crooked bumper and a dent popping from the inside out knowing that whoever assembled your bumper caused this especially when you have proof of pictures documented. This was exactly what happened to me taking my Audi to Hoffman estates to get serviced. To top it off their service manager Andy was extremely rude and didn’t want to own up to their mistakes! More
