Mike has been a pleasure to work and continues to check in and provide excellent customer service. His expertise and knowledge of the product offerings is extremely high and he did a nice job matching my in and provide excellent customer service. Mike McPherson went beyond the extra mile through the entire "dealership/new car purchasing experience" from explaining and test driving the car, to discussing and negotiating price, working thru the pap entire "dealership/new car purchasing experience" from explaining and test driving the car, to discussing and negotiating price, working thru the paperwork and eventually getting me into the vehicle of my choice, leaving me feeling great about the car I just purchased and truly pleased with the entire process. I was able to contact Mike either via email, dealership or even his personal cell phone almost at any time and he was there for me to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable with my decision and purchase. I rave about this dealership to anyone that will listen. I found the car on AutoTrader.com first, sent an email to ask questions and then went to the dealership to test drive. My salesperson, Mike, made the entire experience smooth and comfortable for me. Mike listened to what interested me and adjusted his pitch on the car. That seems like it should be standard procedure/natural. This had not been my experience at other dealerships. They seemed to have a set list of points for a sales pitch and didn't veer from it no matter what I said. Matt, my service adviser, also listens to me and answers my many, many questions. My entire experience at Hennessy Porsche has been great. They treat everyone that walks through the door as if they matter and are dear friends. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or have their car serviced. More

Everyone went out of their way to make us happy. Given that we are from out of town, it was refreshing to see how everyone was so receptive to our needs. I recently ordered and took delivery of a 2013 Boxster from Hennessy Porsche and was very pleased with the service I received. Initially there was a misunderstanding concerning an appointment with my sale from Hennessy Porsche and was very pleased with the service I received. Initially there was a misunderstanding concerning an appointment with my sales representative, Mike McPherson. He and Mark Venti, the General Manager were very responsive in rectifying the situation. I was very appreciative of their efforts. It changed from what could have been an unpleasant experience to a very positive one. I also had an issue with the lease termination of my previous Boxster, and Mike Caldwel, the Finance Director, was very helpful in interceding with Porsche Financial on my behalf. The Dealership far exceeded my expectations in the quality of the service they provided. More

Recently, I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2012 Cayman Recently, I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2012 Cayman R from Hennessy. I was involved in a transaction at another dealer which was not going wel Recently, I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2012 Cayman R from Hennessy. I was involved in a transaction at another dealer which was not going well (order which took close to 6 months and then the Porsche was damaged in port). I contacted Greg Jordan at Hennessy and explained the situation which included the potential that I still might end up dealing with the other dealer depending on the handling of/extent of damage to the ordered car. Greg said the magic words, 'what is important to us is that you are a satisfied Porsche owner'. Think about it, he was less concerned about the absolute sale and more about my level of satisfaction. How could one not want to do business with a person and company such as this? My wife and I drove from Birmingham to Atlanta for the purchase. When we arrived, Greg met us at the door with bottled water know that we might be in need of refreshment from the 3 hour drive. Each minute and hour spent got even better. We drove out early that evening with our car and a feeling of real satisfaction, our confidence once again restored. Greg has since contacted us multiple times to ensure we are satisfied with the deal and the car. We are! My wife and I have bought more than 40 cars over the past 45 years and I can say with certainty that this is either the best or one of the two best experiences that we have ever had. More
