These guys were great. Although I have a Porsche dealer in my area I chose Hennessy because of the fantastic pre sale communication and I was glad I did. My wife is having a child and decided she wanted a sporty SUV. She works and has her own income and decided to get a Cayenne. As her husband I thought I would help her through the process. I am also very internet savvy and don't like the traditional experience. We worked with Scott Hamilton. He was OUTSTANDING. First, he showed as much respect to my wife as he did to me. This was refreshing given we had visited another dealer prior who insulted her as the "little lady" despite the fact I said SHE was buying the car! Second, I am very anal and particular, Scott patiently answered my questions and showed he cared about "what I cared about", no matter how small the issue. That level of service and attentiveness is something you rarely see. Both my wife and I have large corporate jobs and our expectations are pretty high. The experience we received from Scott and the Hennessy Porsche team was terrific. Third, there wasn't any of this back and forth stuff you often see. We went one round of negotiating and it was done. We are so happy we finally got this type of car and had a great buying experience. It is a special car and you want the overall experience to be special. Finally, and this is HUGE. Scott answers your questions and is helpful AFTER you close the deal and buy the car. It makes you feel like you actually have a level of relationship for such a big purchase. So net, net...this is what car buying should be. Having owned Land Rovers, and BMW.......I am now sold on Porsche not just because of the car...but because of Scott and Hennessy! More

This is my 6th new Porsche purchased from Hennessy since 2012... a 2014 Panamera GTS, and my first post on DealerRater (about time, eh Mike?). Mike McPherson was my sales guy (again) and the only Porsche sales professional in many years who knows more about the brand than me - and I like to think I know just a bit. OK, so I am a Porsche enthusiast. I also live in Virginia. I regularly drive 680+ miles to Atlanta to bring my shiny, slightly used, offerings to Drew (pre-owned sales) and I always get a fair price. I work Mike pretty hard on the new car deals and while Mark Venti and Michael Caldwell are usually in the mix too, I always get a fair price. This is a tough business. There's lots of competition and lots of Porsche dealers out there. But in my opinion the Hennessy team have something special, a secret sauce. They treat their clients with respect, consideration, and absolute professionalism and in my case it's been the norm on six separate occasions. They have an excellent rapport with PCNA in Atlanta and in the past were able to intercede on my behalf when an initial delivery problem cropped up with a new vehicle - to my great relief and complete satisfaction. I have never received this sustained level of relationship management over time from any other Porsche dealer in the US, and I have been through a few. It's what keeps me coming back! So thanks guys, I appreciate your ongoing commitment to excellence. In this day and age it's pretty unique. And for everybody who reads this post, try these folks out.
