Had the car 4 months $900 repair The salesperson was great but now we have to pay $900 for repairs with bad spark plugs etc after 4 months 2500 miles. Buyer beware I guess. Great People to work with On a nice Friday afternoon, my wife and I decided we were going to look at the NEW and Re-Designed 2018 Chevrolet Traverse. WOW!! What an awesome ve On a nice Friday afternoon, my wife and I decided we were going to look at the NEW and Re-Designed 2018 Chevrolet Traverse. WOW!! What an awesome vehicle. We looked at every model and every version of that vehicle on this dealers lot. We found the one that my wife wanted, and she wouldn't take no for an answer. The fact that this vehicle is so new, and already in high demand, there re not many incentives to help with the final purchase price. We talked and negotiated the deal, and ended up Leasing instead of Buying. The dealership was great to work with, and I recommend the trip to Champion Chevrolet in Avon, IN. Happy Shopping!!! More

Great experience! My wife and I visited Champion Chevrolet in September 2017 and were in the market for a new vehicle. Our sales consultant, Zac Needy, was very friend My wife and I visited Champion Chevrolet in September 2017 and were in the market for a new vehicle. Our sales consultant, Zac Needy, was very friendly and was able to answer all of our questions honestly. He was not overbearing like some salesmen we detail with while shopping for a vehicle. Shay Foley and Mike Mills were also very helpful and were willing to negotiate the price and work with us to get into our desired budget. Overall it was a great experience. We also received follow up calls to make sure we were happy in our new vehicles and to see if we had any questions/concerns. I will definitely be visiting Champion Chevrolet first when I'm back in the market for a new vehicle. I would recommend Champion Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new vehicle! Thanks again! More

Poor Customer service I visited this dealership to look at used vehicles. I settled on a used 2011 Dodge Durango Citadel. It was a great price for the vehicle and had all I visited this dealership to look at used vehicles. I settled on a used 2011 Dodge Durango Citadel. It was a great price for the vehicle and had all the features I wanted/needed in a vehicle. We were dealing with Allen Syx during the process. It was a smooth process for the most part, the negative part comes just 6 days after the sale. I get the vehicle is used as-is, not disputing that fact, but the issues are with the customer service received when we had our first issue with the vehicle. Let me remind you this is only 6 days after purchase! We had not driven the vehicle but a mere 100 miles since purchasing it. We had decided to take a small weekend vacation to Michigan, about 300 miles round trip. After we arrived, we turned the vehicle off and parked it for the night. The next morning we were driving to meet up with family and I noticed the Check engine light was on! I was worried, thinking man I got screwed on a used vehicle for sure. I took the vehicle to Auto Zone and had the code read, it was a misfire on cylinder 2. Naturally this was a Sunday so I had to wait until Monday to contact the dealer. I contacted Allen who sold me the vehicle. I was told that I may want to go to an Auto zone to have the code read so I could find out what was wrong. No mention of bringing it to the service department for them to take a look, I mean I'm just a customer who bought a vehicle from this place, why help me out? I then took the vehicle into the dealership to talk to the service manager. They asked if we could drop the vehicle off so they could take a look at it for us, great! I was ok with this. After arriving and giving them my info, there was much talk behind the counter and staring at a computer screen. It seemed as if they had tried to fix the problem before selling it and they thought it was taken care of. For all I know they just cleared the code before putting it on their lot. They claim they would never do that, but you just never know. I left my vehicle for troubleshooting. After about three days they finally called us and said they couldn't find out what was wrong with my vehicle! They told us we could pick it up and if the CEL comes back on bring it in and they can then diagnose it. So far we haven't had a reason to drive it much, so no CEL has come on. The next set of problems arise with the General sales manager Mike. I purchased the extended warranty for the vehicle and decided that I wanted to cancel it. I filled out the paper work and gave it to him. He said he would file it for us (as the instructions tell you to do) and everything would be taken care of. I have left several voice mail messages for this person and no return call has been received. I kind of need to know if it has been filed or if I should contact the company directly and request my cancellation. Overall being new to the area (only here for about 2 months), this dealership experience has not been a good one. I would not recommend this dealer, there are plenty of other dealers along Route 36/Rockville Rd to choose from, but we wanted to go to a Chevy dealer. I would skip this dealer and either choose another brand or go to the Chevrolet dealer in Plainfield. More

Best Experience in a long time After visiting over 5 different dealers in the Indianapolis Area, which included Buick, BMW, Mercedes, Volvo and Jaguar, Dave Page and Shay in Finance After visiting over 5 different dealers in the Indianapolis Area, which included Buick, BMW, Mercedes, Volvo and Jaguar, Dave Page and Shay in Finance provided me the ease of mind to purchase my first Corvette, Being in the Marine Corps for over 28 years, I have learned to appreciated people who treat me with respect, honesty and most important Integrity. They both epitomize these traits and was greatly appreciated. I have never brought an Chevy and after talking to them I am a Chevy driver for life now. They need to be recognized and their dealership also because it is clearly shown they have laid the foundation to providing their customer the most delightful experience. Great experience! I sent a message online about a car I was interested in and Christian called me back within minutes inviting me to look at it. When I got there, the c I sent a message online about a car I was interested in and Christian called me back within minutes inviting me to look at it. When I got there, the car was up front, detailed, clean, serviced, a full tank of gas, and had a sign that said "Welcome Faith" in the dash. I had been to several car dealerships during that time and this was by far the best experience I've had. Allen Synx was honest and did a great job helping us find a car that we loved and didn't try pressure me. The car was perfect and so much cheaper than anything else I looked at and had lower miles. We worked with Michael Husk for financing and he explained everything in detail before we signed anything. We love our car and haven't had any issues. More
