I was not interested in any extended warranty, so Finance Manager completed the transaction efficiently, without any unnecessary sales tactics. I absolutely love my purchase and Krystal and Mike made it a total breeze Malloy (3rd time working with him)on purchasing my 2023 Chevrolet Traverse. I absolutely love my purchase and Krystal and Mike made it a total breeze. Krystal worked her hardest at getting me a great deal with financing and made sure I was walking out with my Traverse- in my favorite color-- instead of settling for a newer Equinox (same car I had before). The whole process from start to finish was awesome and Krystal went above and beyond to make sure my son (4 yrs old) was calm, comfortable, and entertained. She even gave him candy and water. :-) All in all, a positive experience with Bill Stasek-- as always. I am absolutely in love with my Traverse! More
