This was my first experience with Ford and Chapman, and I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike Moyer. He was personable and down to earth, as well as very attentive to small details when showing me around my new car. He was not a very pushy sales rep and when the direction I initially came in for didn't work, he was able to present me with a new offer (which allowed me to walk away in a brand new car!). He made me feel nothing but comfortable about the decisions that were needed to finalize the deal. So far my car runs like a gem and has all the bells and whistles I came in looking for.
