I was very impressed with the professionalism Randy showed as he checked out my flat tire, told me my options on how to get to the dealership and how to be safe driving the car with a flat tire. Mike, showed as he checked out my flat tire, told me my options on how to get to the dealership and how to be safe driving the car with a flat tire. Mike, my representative from MB Palm Springs was very helpful, told me the time it would take and provided assistance when the yellow exclamation mark was still on when reclaiming my car and proceeded to reset it himself. I am always pleased with the personal care and professionalism from Mercedes Benz Palm Springs! More
