I am writing to update my experience with this dealer. I originally had a problem with conflicting information regarding the cost of a key fob. After discussion with the service department, the issue I originally had a problem with conflicting information regarding the cost of a key fob. After discussion with the service department, the issue was resolved in a fair and equitable manner. The Service department has always been responsive and helpful and I would highly recommend this dealer. I have driven Mercedes for the past 40 years and the last three were purchased at the Palm Springs dealership. More

To whom this may make a difference, I was extremely happy to hear the dealership was in the hands of new ownership!!! Most importantly I was so glad to have a different service advisor. This in itse happy to hear the dealership was in the hands of new ownership!!! Most importantly I was so glad to have a different service advisor. This in itself made all the difference. Mike was so professional and helpful in advising as well as the delegation of others providing assistance, whether it was my Mercedes app on my phone or of course the functionality issues with my vehicle. I’m blank on the name of gentleman who I test drove with but he was pretty articulate himself. I do hope you keep this dealership going in the typical Mercedes fashion. I have owned a Mercedes for over 25 years and this dealership has never been what it should be in my opinion and hearing from others… Note: I do think the lack of a receptionist or cashier in the lobby has people from service walking around the dealership without direction and sort of felt like the missing link! More

in the past , work on the car at Mercedes has often been confusing and disorganized ! No transportation home, didn’t have time to clean car, etc. Yesterday was unbelievably organized!!
