Very accommodating. Salesman Zach very polite and friendly. Sales department made sale very easy. I’m from Wilkes-Barre Pa area and found truck on line. After driving to Chapman Ford , a 2 hour drive friendly. Sales department made sale very easy. I’m from Wilkes-Barre Pa area and found truck on line. After driving to Chapman Ford , a 2 hour drive, I was never pressured to buy the truck. I was advised to take my time, look over the truck and decide if it’s the vehicle I want. I will definitely buy from Chapman Ford again. More

New 2020 Ranger Purchase Was looking to purchase a newer Ford Rangerfor the past year, owned a 2003. Found exactly what I wanted at Chapman of Lancaster on a Sunday afternoon Was looking to purchase a newer Ford Rangerfor the past year, owned a 2003. Found exactly what I wanted at Chapman of Lancaster on a Sunday afternoon. Sent an online request that afternoon for a test drive and was scheduled 2 days later at my convenience. Arriving for the test drive I asked for Morgan who coordinates test drives and was immediately greeted by Zach. Fortunately for me, Zach had purchased a 2019 Ranger recently and he was very knowledgeable about the features, specs, and all the bells and whistles. Trading in the 2003 Ranger would be a big step in technology, but, Zach explained everything in detail. He even helped set up the phone Sync. Taking delivery a couple days later was a snap. Zach described the documents that needed to be signed and I was in and on the road with the new Ranger in less than 65 minutes. That time also included a brush up by Zach on the technology features which can be confusing. Mike Mumma, Business Manager, handled the final documents needed and was very helpful.. Overall, a great experience! More
