Scott did and excellent job from start to finish Was always met by someone asking about help whenever we arrived and the dealership. Worked with Scott to gather information about a potential purchase Was always met by someone asking about help whenever we arrived and the dealership. Worked with Scott to gather information about a potential purchase. He was never pushy during the fact finding visits and allowed us to make decisions on our own time/schedule. Once the decision was made, Scott researched our particular requirements on our new Explorer and was able to locate the vehicle for us. Once the deal was finalized with Scott, Mike Mumma also explained all of the additional options available to us. During these periods, neither Scott or Mike ever made us feel pushed or rushed to make a decision. After the purchase was completed, Scott spent as much time as we needed to review/explain all the options available on the new vehicle. Although the time was taken, it was still much to take in. Scott offered us to take the vehicle, spend some time getting used to it, and then call again to schedule another review to further explain the options. A very pleasant buying experience was had throughout the process. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and professional during our visits.
