Curteous and knowledgeable salesman Made an appointment with Ms. Benjamin only to find out she was off. Confused to why someone would make an appointment knowing they would not be there Made an appointment with Ms. Benjamin only to find out she was off. Confused to why someone would make an appointment knowing they would not be there on that day. Also not given correct info by Ms. Benjamin regarding equity in my lease that was ending. Mr. Greiner was apologetic for both matters regarding Ms. Benjamin. Would have gone to another car dealership had it not been for Mr. Greiner. More

Zach informed me of all of the details pertaining to the car prior to the purchase. I appreciated the thorough information, allowing me to make the best decision for me. On the day of delivery, I was in the building for no more than 30 minutes total. All of my necessary paperwork was prepared ahead of time and ready for me to sign. The staff, in general, is friendly and helpful. While they are a dealership, it shows that they care about their customers. It was clear that they want their customers to make the best decision for their unique circumstance and will work to ensure that occurs. Would recommend, will recommend. More

Happy with our experience at Chapman Ford Lancaster My husband and I came in to purchase a used Mazda CX5. Mike Mumma came out to greet us in the lot while we were looking around. He was very welcomin My husband and I came in to purchase a used Mazda CX5. Mike Mumma came out to greet us in the lot while we were looking around. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. We felt like Mike was working for us rather then the Company and this is what made us purchase the vehicle from Chapman.
