Mike sold me a new Navigator and he was completely honest and upfront about everything. As a retired Law Enforcement Officer who investigated fraud for the Florida Attorney General's Office, I usually find it hard to trust salesmen and yet I I found myself trusting Mike because he proved himself to be trustworthy.
