It is an absolutely beautiful dealership! Everyone there was so friendly and accommodating! As soon as I arrived, I was met by Carson Fogg who was so friendly and I immediately felt at ease. I've been in the same vehicle for 23 years so the thought of buying another was so scary! They both had empathy and compassion for me and I could tell they truly cared with helping me. From Carson going over all of the bells and whistles in the 2021 Ford Explorer (and there's a lot!), his knowledge of how to do all the gadgets was outstanding! Taking his time to show me all of what was there and also showing me all of the vehicle itself. Then Mike Murdock going out of his way for me for 3 weeks, helping me find the right vehicle. And one that was in my budget! He returned many texts and phone calls. Sending me links to possible vehicles. But once this 2021 Ford Explorer was found, that was it for me. I knew that was the one I wanted. Mike immediately jumped into action for me, ensuring my name was on it (reserved)! That very day I went there to meet my new car and make that purchase! Mike took his time in going over all of the details for what I was to expect in financing it. He answered all the questions I had. I could tell he was very knowledgeable and really cared about keeping me in my budget. And he did! I can't thank both Mike and Carson enough!!! Both are wonderful people and awesome employees of Bozard Lincoln!!! I will DEFINITELY recommend the Bozard family and also Mike and Carson to ALL of my family and friends! More

I’ve known Mike for many years. I consider him a friend and also an auto sales expert. I view Bozard Lincoln the same way. Sometimes a dealership will get it right once, maybe twice. But when a dealership consistently produces great results for their customers time and time again, it’s a sign that they are of a class above all else. Bozard Lincoln and it’s staff, specifically Mike Murdock, is the apex of what car dealers strive to reach. More

There’s nothing I can say ENOUGH about Mike and Carson they are the “dynamic duo” in car sales and delivery in my opinion. Carson had it all decked out in that big red ribbon and to top it a red carpet rolled out for me to walk on and sit in my car. WOW!!! Mike is so super nice and knows those cars like the back of his hands. He went over every feature the car has and was in no hurry doing so. He answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the vehicle features. I never step foot into the dealership and I have a gorgeous new vehicle setting in my garage that has exceeded my expectations. They are top notch at Bozard...give them a chance to prove it to you if you are in the market for a new car! More
