Great experience on 1st car purchase Mike Murray was my sales rep and he was very personable and very knowledgeable about all of the newest features on the Jeep Cherokee. This was my 1st Mike Murray was my sales rep and he was very personable and very knowledgeable about all of the newest features on the Jeep Cherokee. This was my 1st purchase of a new car and Mike made me really comfortable with the process. He did not pressure me in any way and gave me lots of good insight on the pros and cons of purchasing a new vehicle vs. a used vehicles. On the road test he explained all of the new safety features on the Cherokee along with all of the new upgrades that came with the new 2019 model. Once we made a deal, Lindsay handled the finance portion and she was very thorough in explaining all of the financing terms and all available options, once again not pressuring me in any decisions. She was very quick and efficient in handling all of the paperwork. Together they both made my first new car purchase a very pleasurable experience and I would highly recommend them and Tyson Motors if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

I wanted to test drive a few different ones and he was fine with that. he did not try to steer me in any direction, just answered my questions honestly and fully so I could make the decision that was right for me. I even came in the evening and by the time I left it was well after closing, but no one rushed me out. I received the same service all through the sale. I then dealt with Lindsay in finance and she was just as awesome. again, very honest with the programs and what she has seen people use or not use. I appreciated her candor. it was refreshing. she was very clear in explanations as well. I would recommend Tyson and I would shop here again. More

Completely and totally satisfied customer The staff at Tyson was absolutely terrific! Our salesman, Mike, has more product knowledge than any other car salesperson I have encountered. Not to m The staff at Tyson was absolutely terrific! Our salesman, Mike, has more product knowledge than any other car salesperson I have encountered. Not to mention his ability to relate to almost anyone that meets him. I only wish that all car sales people had his mind and manner. I am a customer who plans, researches, sets goals, etc, and am identified by car dealers as a "challenging customer." Well, Mike certainly overcame this "challenge" by a landslide! My specific criteria for trade-in value/loan payoff amount, used car purchasing price point, monthly payment range, and options on my new (used) car were ALL met! It is an absolutely wonderful feeling to drive off in a newer and nicer vehicle that I would have thought possible, knowing that my full, extended-warranty coverage, roadside hazard perks, AND oil changes with tire rotations are included in my monthly payment--the budget that I had set BEFORE visiting Tyson! Lindsay made sure that we chose the appropriate additional warranty coverage that would not be too much of a hit to my wallet, while ensuring bumper to bumper coverage for the foreseeable length of time that I would be driving this new car! In this day and age, it is a relief to feel so happy and relieved after buying a vehicle. I will recommend all my family and friends to visit Tyson Motor Corp and see what they can do for them! More
