Our service writer was great! Michael got us in and out very quickly when I dropped off our Truck for service. He called me with a list of a couple of things that needed to be done and I forget to tell him about and they discovered on their own that this needed to be done. Michael is very hard working and a honest man. I would recommend him to anyone. More

Over 3 hours for an oil change & tire rotation when initial guidance was an hour and a half. After paying the bill, I walked out and noticed my oil filler cap sitting on top of my hood. I went back in initial guidance was an hour and a half. After paying the bill, I walked out and noticed my oil filler cap sitting on top of my hood. I went back in and asked a gentleman in the service department if they left it off during the oil change. He responded with "I don't know. I'm a porter" and walked away. I spoke to another service department employee (Ryan?) and he went out, popped the hood and replaced the oil filler cap. As I pulled away, I called my service advisor - Mike Murray - and left him a voicemail telling him what happened. As of today, still no call back or response. When I arrived home, I noticed oil dripping on the floor of my garage. I called Walker Ford back and spoke to Amy - telling her that the oil filler cap was left off and I have oil leaking on the floor. I asked her to have Mike or the service department manager call me back since I was now very concerned that the filter wasn't secured or the oil pan plug was leaking. It has now been more than 24 hours since my request and to date I have received no calls, e-mails, texts, or any communication from someone Walker Ford. To say that I am extremely unhappy about my 2nd experience with Walker Ford would be an understatement. I recognize that the service bays are experiencing serious staffing shortages (everyone working there talks about it). But if that is the case, simply reduce the number of appointments you take and at least offer the few customers you have a more reasonable level of service. More

Walker Ford has an excellent service department. Mike Murray always with a smile checked me in, kept me informed throughout, and gave me a call when my truck was ready to go. Great job!! There is a wait for appointments and they are very busy - every bay if filled and lots of technicians and mechanics so they seem to be the “go to pla There is a wait for appointments and they are very busy - every bay if filled and lots of technicians and mechanics so they seem to be the “go to place” for service and repairs. Been going there for several years now since becoming Florida resident and I have always been very satisfied. I’m making a trip to NJ and needed oil change and safety check and they squeezed me in. Very reasonable price. Just waiting for more new Expedition inventory and I plan on buying there because of service. More

After two disappointing experiences with another Pinellas County Ford Dealer (who shall remain nameless), I decided to take my 2018 Mustang Ecoboost to Walker Ford for routine inspection and servicing, and t County Ford Dealer (who shall remain nameless), I decided to take my 2018 Mustang Ecoboost to Walker Ford for routine inspection and servicing, and to fix a nagging problem with the "short drop" feature in my passenger door window. Mike Murray had heard of this problem before, and knew exactly where to look. Problem solved. I was thoroughly impressed the courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism of the staff (including Mike), and, unlike that 'other' Ford dealer, they didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. Thanks a lot, guys. I'll be back!! More
