Mike Natale

Purchased a certified pre owned vehicle from Toyota, and it has broken down on me 3 times within days of purchase. It has now been in the service department 4 times, and is still there. I have not had my it has broken down on me 3 times within days of purchase. It has now been in the service department 4 times, and is still there. I have not had my truck in nearly a month. What an absolute joke. They will absolutely try to low-ball you on your trade in. The dealership will attempt to make you give them a 5 star review on Google like it's part of the purchasing process. I will never suggest this dealership to anyone. More

Bad deal did not return. Even though my wife's pay stub was an issue I found out through the banks funding department that handled our deal that he could've waited to get stub Even though my wife's pay stub was an issue I found out through the banks funding department that handled our deal that he could've waited to get stub to finalize deal, and also that he could've taken the offer letter for the new job but the dealership never gave it to him, and they attempted to "Shotgun deal" after we were told to bring the car back and another bank could not be found. More

Customer Service-Blah I went to Toyota of Orlando with my parents who are in their '80's We were there for more than 3 hours..My mother had not eaten anything in those 3 I went to Toyota of Orlando with my parents who are in their '80's We were there for more than 3 hours..My mother had not eaten anything in those 3 hours..She started to go low on blood sugar..The sales associate and guy in red polo shirt who acts as greeter neither offered water nor coffee nor a potato chip to them..Mind you we left with a car and wrote a check for 9000.00 I would have walked out but we had been there so long it was lesser of 2 evils.. The follow up work was also a bit of a hastle.. I prefer the dealership on OBT better!!! And next time will go there More

AWESOMETASTIC Tom Diaz is the most amazing person you can go to for this experience. Being a first time buyer I was iffy about going to a big dealership but Tom too Tom Diaz is the most amazing person you can go to for this experience. Being a first time buyer I was iffy about going to a big dealership but Tom took the time to explain every detail to the fullest so it would make my first buy a breeze. I have already recommended him to many other people and my mom even came back the week after and bought a car from Tom as well. Definitely a genuine dealer/person. If you're not sure on what or where to go, TOM is your guy! Edguardo was our financial accountant here and he was awesome too. The whole experience was pleasant because of these two people and also Mike who took the time and was extremely patient being that we were in until after closing. Love love love my car! Couldn't have asked for better service. 10/10!!!!!! More

great service I brought our new tacoma in to have running boards put on the truck and also, decided to have vents put over the windows. I met with Mike Natale. Even washed the truck. I never had a chance to sit down. By the time I finished looking around the shopping area the truck was done. Pretty amazing. The running boards were part of the deal of buying the vehicle and I paid for the vents for the windows. I am not sure why I recieved a bill for $1.14. Guess will have to call. But, anyway the service was great. Hopefully I will have Mike Natale everytime I come for service. Another great access to your team at Toyota of Orlando. More
