Pleased with the service and quality of Toyota of Orlando I purchased a 2007 Toyota Prius back in the summer of 2006 and have had that same vehicle for 9 years with just nearly at 210,000 miles at time of tra I purchased a 2007 Toyota Prius back in the summer of 2006 and have had that same vehicle for 9 years with just nearly at 210,000 miles at time of trade in to drive a new 2015 Toyota Prius. The sales service was excellent and they were up-front and honest with me about my options. I admit I was looking at other Toyota competitors but nothing could compare to the service and prices of Toyota of Orlando. They will always be my dealership of choice! More

Great Customer Recovery I had a good experience. I went in for an oil change and had my car washed. When I went out to retrieve my car, I found that there was a rubber piec I had a good experience. I went in for an oil change and had my car washed. When I went out to retrieve my car, I found that there was a rubber piece missing from my window. I immediately reported it to my service person, Katie Arvidson. She ordered the part and called me when it arrived 1 day later. Due to her excellent service, an incident that could've left me thinking not to go back to your service department instead made me know I will. I have to add that every time I go, the service person that attends my car is pretty good. Thank you, Isa More

Very accomodating We love our 2015 Scion FR-S limited edition 1.0! From product, sales, financial and service agent, they were all helpful. They work with us so that w We love our 2015 Scion FR-S limited edition 1.0! From product, sales, financial and service agent, they were all helpful. They work with us so that we can purchase our new car with the deal we really wanted. We are from Indiana and just visited Orlando for a trip ( Universal and Disney). No intention of buying a new car! Just to have a look (since its very limited) and maybe a test drive with our dream car. But with the help of the staff, we end up getting our dream car and driving it all the way back home. More

I am a Brit living in Florida, for me aircon is a necessity. I had a budget of $10k and i found a car i liked (not a Toyota) it had aircon, was in good shape and just under my budget. After only 3 weeks i found out that the aircon did not work and the system is basically non functional. I go back to Toyota of Orlando and am basically told tough, even though everyone i dealt with when purchsing the car told me yes it has aircon and nothign major wrong with it. Speicalists, even their own told me it had been patched up sometime before i bought it. They removed the warranty, on their own doing, to reduce my monthly payment. But was again assured there was nothing major wrong with it. I am left with a car thats virtually unusable for me in Fl in 10 out of 12 months a year and a $1000 bill if i choose to repair. I am tryign to get somewhere with the dealership but i hold out little hope. Spoke to Kyle Carter, he doesnt want to know. Gave me a price to fix it AT FULL PRICE. Why thanks. More
