I never once felt unappreciated.. "Tom Diaz, Sales Specialist"seems to have experience to spare, he really did his part and more to make me feel comfortable and in the know, "Moen Almasri, Finance Representative" took time to answer all my question, no matter how small. and he was very professional, I left his office feeling very confident with my purchase... Thank You all what a great team.. I wish I could recall the name of the sales person whom I met first that showed the Vehicle to me in the beginning,, I feel bad I cant recall his name,, But he was Great, I cant say enough good things about the whole Crew, Thanx Guys .. Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Wash Went in last minute before heading out of town for an oil change. Nissan store down the road quoted me 2 hours for an oil change. Ok experience My experience was OK but not great. They made me come 3 times to sign papers that should of been handled at purchase and sold me car with a warped tir My experience was OK but not great. They made me come 3 times to sign papers that should of been handled at purchase and sold me car with a warped tire and would NOT replace it after I drove off lot. Not the best experience for never having purchased with them. Not the way I expected to be treated. Used or new purchase you should always go above and beyond. They only treat people who buy new cars with best service More
