Very speedy. Attentive, responsive. I arrived before the official start of business, and found employees already lighting up the equipment, clearing out the work area. It was dark and rainy (rain pouring down!), and the squeegee was already being used by the service manager ! I am new to this dealership, and before I opened my mouth the service manager introduced himself, and began to check the car's appearance ( I have a 2017 Forester) and began to check mileage, and get everything entered into the maintenance-system. At all times, thelevel of initiative, courtesy, and professionalism was out front. I got an estimate of the work to be done, its cost, and got my paperwork-look at it before work started. The eventual price came out to be 55 cents off ! Because I was first in, and having had experience elsewhere, I knew better than to expect to be first done, but finishing as second one out is just fine with me! A great start! More

Both of them are of the old school, humble and kind personality that I can get along with the easiest in car maintenance discussions. Both of them alone will make the service department enjoyable and a pleasant experience to go to for service. Mike even has a likeable sense of humor and has one of the most well mannered displayed on customer experience I have seen and heard. My car was manufactured in 2016 and it is beyond my understanding why sojax took forever to hire someone of Mike's personality. Great job Mike and Kevin. You two have great teamwork. I'll definitely be looking forward to dealing with them two in future service visits. More

There was a handprint-sized smudge of oil on the front of my hood. (It cleans off. Not the end of the world.) One of the two clips holding the oil filter door is gone. It was there before the service because I wanted to see for myself where the filter and drain plug were located. The oil level reads passed the max fill line on the dipstick after waiting the requisite time to check it according to the manual. All I ask if that my vehicle and property are handled respectfully when entrusted with you. Not off to a good start at all with this dealership, especially for the simple 6,000 mile service. I'm concerned what else might not go right when the maintenance schedule requires more work. More
