I have been taking my 2011 Suburu Outback to Suburu of Jacksonville for service ever since I bought it 8 1/2yrs ago. The people there are great, and their service is outstanding! First and foremost, the Jacksonville for service ever since I bought it 8 1/2yrs ago. The people there are great, and their service is outstanding! First and foremost, they have lots of experience in keeping my Suburu (and everyone else's!) running smoothly. They are fast, efficient, courteous and honest. Before any work is started, they review my work order with me, and if they find additional things that need to be done, they check with me before proceeding. I would recommend that you have your car serviced at Suburu of Jacksonville! Thank you Gabe, Mike M and Mike B!!! 29629 P.S. Their waiting area is great, too! Comfortable furniture, WiFi, free drinks and snacks, and big screen TV. More

Very speedy. Attentive, responsive. I arrived before the official start of business, and found employees already lighting up the equipment, clearing out the work area. It was dark and r I arrived before the official start of business, and found employees already lighting up the equipment, clearing out the work area. It was dark and rainy (rain pouring down!), and the squeegee was already being used by the service manager ! I am new to this dealership, and before I opened my mouth the service manager introduced himself, and began to check the car's appearance ( I have a 2017 Forester) and began to check mileage, and get everything entered into the maintenance-system. At all times, thelevel of initiative, courtesy, and professionalism was out front. I got an estimate of the work to be done, its cost, and got my paperwork-look at it before work started. The eventual price came out to be 55 cents off ! Because I was first in, and having had experience elsewhere, I knew better than to expect to be first done, but finishing as second one out is just fine with me! A great start! More
