It had the costs of my current loan listed and it said it would pay off my loan and get me into a 2023 or 2024 nissan. When I get to the dealership I provide my info and was told that they could only pay for the trade in value of my current vehicle. They were only going to pay out $3400 and my total loan amount was $10,450. I negotiated to $7,800 but they told me they could not pay off my loan completely. I said to the sales man that the dealership performed a bait and switch which is a illegal fraud tatic. My second issue is the pricing of my vehicle. The total MSRP on my contract was around $32,000. When I looked at the town center nissan website the day after purchasing my vehicle I found that the MSRP was $26,000 to $27,000. When I asked why the price I was charged was different from the website I was informed there are specific qualifications that had to be met. I of course was not told those qualifications. I tried to talk with Aziz, one of the sales managers, and he just talks in circles. I called to ask about the MSRP, and he advised that the reason the price for my vehicle was different from the window sticker is because of the add-ons that were "added to my vehicle", which I did not consent too. He also advised that I was informed of this price increase, and I was not, nor did I sign a document while completing the deal that advised of the said price increase of $3900. He also advised that the ad-on price would show on the window sticker; but upon checking it, those add-ons are not listed. Additionally, while speaking on the phone with him, Aziz, advised that I was offered two different financing deals; one for a lower interest rate of 6 percent but I would pay the MSRP or two a higher interest rate of 9 percent and I would get the online internet price. That option was NEVER presented to me. When I got to financing Trent advised that our financing would come through NMAC and with my sister's credit we got a 6.5 percent interest rate. The price discrepancy has never been explained! More

It is not what they appear to make it out to be. If you do buy "Certified" pre owned, do plan on leaving the dealership and going to get the oil changed that they said they had already done and new air filter and that is all I know of since I have not owned it a month yet. The extended warranty they "give" you cost around $1700. I made a bad decision, which I will own that. Just would like to prevent anyone else from making the same mistake. More
