Hassan our Sales Consultant, provided exceptional service. He remembered us from a visit months earlier, including our names and specific needs. His friendly, small-town approach and lack of pressure tactics made the process very comfortable. Trent Perry man,the Sales Manager was also incredibly helpful. He facilitated clear communication and ensured the purchase was finalized quickly. He was professional, polite, and maintained a no-pressure environment. Finally, Yusef The Business Manager handled our financing with great efficiency. He was kind and professional, completing the entire process—from picking the vehicle to signing the paperwork—in under an hour. Town center is a great family business that make you feel safe....the sales team talk you through purchases and not use gimmicks to manipulate you to get a car. I believe they are fair.
