I was highly impressed by the service I received. My Outback would not start when I returned from vacation and jumper cables did not help. Even though I had been getting my car serviced at another dealer this service department treated me like I was a valued customer and worked quickly to get my car repaired and back to me. There’s Subaru service and then there is the five star experience. A 20 year driver of Subarus and dealing with various dealerships I can say five star is exceptional in every way. I have never had a bad experience in any way(I own 4 Subarus) these folks go above and beyond your expectations every visit. From the time you pull into the service bay until you return to the service bay to go home the experience is first class. Great communication at all times, fair prices, smiling employees who want to be there and take care of not only your vehicle but you as a customer. I discovered the dealership about 5 years ago when it first opened and have not returned to any dealership since. My vehicles deserve the five star experience even if it’s just an oil change. Thanks to Marcus, Jon and the crew for great service and a welcoming environment. More
