Terrible customer service I scheduled an oil change for Monday October 17, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Approximately (70) seventy minutes later, the vehicle was ready. After waiting a I scheduled an oil change for Monday October 17, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Approximately (70) seventy minutes later, the vehicle was ready. After waiting an hour, I decided to inquire why a simple (scheduled) oil change had exceeding an hour. There was no explanation. I assumed since there was such a lengthly wait, the car was vacuumed, washed, etc. The car was never touched. Customer service needs some adjustments! More

Water Damage Fixed By Gary At Columbia Ford!!! I just want to say that the people there at Columbia ford are excellent, the customer service treatment that you get from them is fanamenal!! I pers I just want to say that the people there at Columbia ford are excellent, the customer service treatment that you get from them is fanamenal!! I personal want to thank a great man that works their in the service dept named Gary! Gary helped me today when I realized that opppps my sunroof was left open all night long and my car was soaked with water. I was really upset when I got in my car and realized that the rain did more damage then my husband and I thought!! My whole electrical system was not working, the radio, the heat, all the buttons on my center control panel was done!! I was crying so upset at this point! I didn't know what to do, so I called my friends down at Columbia ford in Columbua CT and spoke with Gary from the service department. I couldn't be more satsified, Gary is sincerely a great person, he helped me at the last min. Went out of his way to get me in there same day and looked at my car. What do you know 2min later my radio was working and all of the buttons on my dash working:-) I would recommend Coulmibia Ford to everyone and anyone that needs work done on their car! If possible ask for Gary he's great, professional and knows what he's doing. Great work Gary, your a life saver. I can't thank you enough! Thank you again, Rosalind More
