I am originally from the Chicago area, and moved to Fort Wayne in 2003 when I was in the restaurant field. Making it right We had just made a purchase and discovered a break issue. Made a contact with the salesman Mike Pocci on a Saturday afternoon to let him know that the We had just made a purchase and discovered a break issue. Made a contact with the salesman Mike Pocci on a Saturday afternoon to let him know that there was a problem. Mike made a call and the service department called me first thing Monday morning and gave me a choice to bring in my SUV. my wife took it in later that same day and the service team promptly repaired the problem at no charge to me and the service manager even showed my wife some special features about the SUV. Had first hand proof that the service department lived up to the high and satisfying standards that we have been told about! HONEST RELIABLE TRUSTWORTHY PRIDE is how I would describe this dealership. ,VERY SATISFIED THANKS More

Ryan the business manager also worked with me and we both had an open end approach which worked out well! In the end we got the vehicle we were looking at and they took my trade to give me a newer vehicle with less miles and much nicer at a very good price.Hope the service is as good as the sale? More
