My name is Mike Rakowski. I am a Senior Audi Brand Specialist / Fleet Specialist at Audi Coral Springs. I am originally from Toronto, Canada. I went to Northwood University in West Palm Beach Florida to pursue a degree in the Automotive Business. My time in Florida was supposed to be for 9 months (one semester) as the Canadian Automotive School I attended has an agreement to finish at Northwood. Essentially I jumped right to my senior year. I have now been living here in Florida for well over a decade, I never went back! After graduating in 2004 with my Bachelors of Business Administration majoring in Automotive Marketing/Management I started with Audi. I have been at this dealership ever since. I am proud to be a part of the team at Audi Coral Springs, and the Audi Brand. I look forward to many great years of continued growth into the future.

This was my first Audi buying experience and I am glad it was at Audi Coral Springs, thanks to Mike Rakowski, and Nigel Pereira! Mike had helped me custom order my Audi RS3 and gave me updates about my car f was at Audi Coral Springs, thanks to Mike Rakowski, and Nigel Pereira! Mike had helped me custom order my Audi RS3 and gave me updates about my car from the moment the car landed at the port to the moment the truck entered the dealership. I was able to come to see the car before it went into PDI and while it went through the PDI process, they had the paperwork going so that I could be in and out of the dealership. They were attentive to my every need! I cannot recommend Mike and his team enough! More

The service was great. Delivery was slow but easy accept that the driver did not know whether he was supposed to take the trade with him and spoke very little English. Very unhappy with the condition my car came in, completely dirty not sure why I was charged $1500 for them to clean the car for it to arrive with the seats covered in dirt.
