My name is Mike Rakowski. I am a Senior Audi Brand Specialist / Fleet Specialist at Audi Coral Springs. I am originally from Toronto, Canada. I went to Northwood University in West Palm Beach Florida to pursue a degree in the Automotive Business. My time in Florida was supposed to be for 9 months (one semester) as the Canadian Automotive School I attended has an agreement to finish at Northwood. Essentially I jumped right to my senior year. I have now been living here in Florida for well over a decade, I never went back! After graduating in 2004 with my Bachelors of Business Administration majoring in Automotive Marketing/Management I started with Audi. I have been at this dealership ever since. I am proud to be a part of the team at Audi Coral Springs, and the Audi Brand. I look forward to many great years of continued growth into the future.

Very unhappy with the condition my car came in, completely dirty not sure why I was charged $1500 for them to clean the car for it to arrive with the seats covered in dirt. Car is also really badly completely dirty not sure why I was charged $1500 for them to clean the car for it to arrive with the seats covered in dirt. Car is also really badly scratched which was not disclosed to me which I was offered a $30 paint pen. Extremely disappointed. Do not recommend this dealership Edit: dealership said they resolved the issue but never did More

Everything he does and all interactions have been nothing less than phenomenal service, above board. You are lucky to have him, and I hope he's well taken care of. I did not realize this was a review for the dealership as a whole, I initially thought it was for the most recent service. I would like to also acknowledge the amazing service and attention to their customer by management, Bret Macy, and the sales team, including, without limitation to, Mike Rakowski and Brendan Smith.
