excellent the picking up, servicing and return of the car was excellent However I was taken aback when your delivery person had a great deal of difficulty in the picking up, servicing and return of the car was excellent However I was taken aback when your delivery person had a great deal of difficulty in using the key that is attached to the remote,=. He called in and was told to try opening the trunk and he did. The reason for needing that key, was that the battery was dead. on my next visit, i will need instructions on using that key.
